Radio identification tags…another sign?

If you remember, we were talking about the Signs of the Times. Now I would like to continue that train of thought and bring you to another point: identification tags that can be inserted under the skin.

We are quickly advancing to a time when the credit cards, keys, and any form of identification will be outmoded. A new form of ID will become the norm. Already people have been using the HomeAgainID to track their pets and in around the world many others have been administered a similar chip.

VeriChip says about 70 people in the United States have been implanted with its chips, which cost about $200, including doctors’ fees. ^source

These chips can be programmed to hold many kinds of vital information like birthday, address, pin numbers, key codes, and much more.

Lots of products already don these chips. Walmart is a huge supporter of using the chips in shipments. The chip has been embedded in passports.

…passports issued … will have tiny radio frequency ID (RFID) chips that can transmit personal information including the name, nationality, sex, date of birth, place of birth and digitized photograph of the passport holder. Eventually, the government contemplates adding additional digitized data such as “fingerprints or iris scans.” ^source

Many religious affiliations have already sounded the alarm about the chips and how the government had plans to implant newborns  whereas others are refuting the belief that the chip is the Mark of the Beast.

Either way you go, it is a pretty disturbing phenomena.

Republican or Democrat?

With the upcoming elections looming over our heads, we are forced to choose sides once again.

Take Back the Capitol has already launched a campaign to influence both sides to vote for the Democratic candidate. Their stance is that we have been deceived and pulled into wars and skirmishes all for a hidden purpose. Many people have been turning coat on the Republican party and siding with the Democrats on this matter. Their points are valid and make one think about the consequences of voting for the Republican party.

Then you have others who are willing to fight for the other side, stating that the goals have been met, the price had to be paid, and that is why we are still brutalizing…I mean, policing the world.  The Republican website is riddled with elephanty goodness, complete with a report called “America Weakly”…no I did NOT spell that wrong.

The problem is when we see people denying the facts, circumventing the truth, and trying to cover up the issues at hand. We need to stand up, fight for a cause…whatever cause that may be. We are seen as those with so many liberties and rights that we lie on our backs and do nothing to improve our climate, culture, and government. It is time for a change.

The time for voting registration has passed. What will YOU do with your opportunity to make a change?

Signs of the times?

Many people are losing faith in the administration we have in power here in the great US of A. There are a great many conflicts going on over the war on terror and now the war on immigrants.

The new idea is to tag all immigrants and migrant workers with radio ID tags, like they do to cats and dogs. What is the world coming to?

At least that is what many fundamentalist Christian groups are purporting. It seems that this ID tag is just a sign of the time to come. When it is believed that all will have to make the decision as to whether or not they will take the Mark of the Beast on their forehead or hand. Revelation speaks of this event pretty vividly, along with the earthquake to end all quakes, deadly locusts, and hideous plagues.

Are they right? Is this the beginning of the end? In the Bible, Jesus himself said that all the natural disasters and wars are just the birthpains; the things predestined to come before the end.

There is much stock being put in these prophecies. The question is, what do YOU believe?

The FDA needs to wake up

People Matters already addressed the problem of our overdrugged society, but there are some more shocking facts coming to light.

Recently it has been found that the traditional drugs being used for ADHD/ADD are causing stunted growth and suppressed appetite, which adds to their ever growing list of problems.

The shame of it is that these "new" side effects have been known since the drug's inception, but are only now being brought to light.

When will it be time to review the truth about what's going on with all the drugs being pushed upon society? The FDA needs to be revamped and all the supposed negligable differences need to be ironed out.

Just recently, a new anti-smoking drug was approved by the FDA. They are lauding its capabilities, putting it up there with drugs that help with blood pressure and diabetes. I can't help but to wonder if they will be adding new labels or taking the drugs off the market within the next few years for undeclared serious side effects. Look what happened with that eczema wonder creams Protopic and Elidel. Those had to be recalled to be fitted with a BLACK label that warned of the possibility of cancer with prolonged use. I spoke with a mother who had a child die from that "supposed" cause of cancer. The FDA isn't doing enough and we need to let them know.

Another warning that just came out was about Advair, the popular and long used inhaler for asthma patients. It shortens people's lives!

If these are what the drugs that are approved by the FDA do, I would hate to know what the other drugs that are being prescribed by doctors and HAVE NOT been approved by the FDA would do to a patient!

The FDA needs to wake up and smell the side effects.

Naturally

Herbal teas are a healthy, natural ways of taking good care of yourself. I have found that there are many different types of tea, each with its own unique preparation. The flavors and aromas are magnificent!

Most foreign teas need to have a bit of milk added to take away the bitterness of the tea. Other local teas need not have milk in them. Some require honey whereas others require sugar. Finding the right balance for you make take time, but it is totally worth the effort!
